Even though I know the book takes place a long time ago, I don't know why I keep picturing it in present day. I pictured the courtroom like a current one. Although, this picture is probably really close to how Kafka was picturing it when he wrote the story.
I don't know what you guys think about this, but this is exactly how I picture the scene in the Initial Inquiry (chapter 3 in my book)
